Bill was preceded in death by his son William. He is survived by loving wife Helen, son Carl (Kay) Koch, daughter Nancy (Dick) Befort, grandchildren Daniel (Kelley) Koch and their children Zachary and Morgan; Kathy Koch, and Laura (Michael) Reichardt and their children Gabrielle and Andrew, and brother Raymond (Norma) Koch. Memorials may be made to the Salvation Army.
