William Joseph "Joe" Hemphill

Joe Hemphill, age 63, passed away at home in Lynden on March 10, 2022. He was born October 29, 1958. Joe and Mary Stuart have been loving companions in 2004 and they later married on May 21, 2017 in Delaware. Joe loved hunting, fishing, eagle watching, camping, and spending as much time outdoors as he could. Joe was preceded in death by his parents William and Louise, and his brother Billy. He is survived by his wife Mary Stuart, step-daughter Megan (Zack) Chapin and their children Brian, Mallory and Chelsea, step-daughter Jessica (Steven) Stromerson and their daughters Hazel and Norah, sisters Eva Kay and Terry (Greg), brother Steve, step-father Bob, first wife Adrea, and many loving relatives and friends.
